Please read all of the information carefully before submitting your details via our online admissions site. All parents/carers will receive a password to log in. The username and password will be emailed to the email address that we have on record. Please contact school directly via email@example.com or via phone on 0113 2719962 if you do not have internet access to complete this online form and require a paper copy.

New Intake Parent/Carer Evening for parents/carers of new Year 7 (2021-22):
Tuesday 20th July – 5.30pm
Year 7 start date in September at Cockburn School:
Monday 6th September: Closed to all students – Professional Development Day.
Tuesday 7th September:
On-site lateral flow testing. Please note that after your child has had this first test, they will go straight home.
Year 7: 8:30am – 10:30am
Wednesday 8th September:
School will start for Year 7 only at 8:25am, students can access the building from 8:00am
Thursday 9th September:
Normal school resumes for ALL students arriving via the normal student entrance with the following arrival times:
Year 7 – 8:25am
Friday 10th September:
All students arrive for 8:25am. Students can access the building from 8:00am.
Summer School Details
The summer school runs for two weeks.
Week 1 – Monday 9th August – Friday 13th August
Week 2 – Monday 16th August – Friday 20th August
Please can parents / carers ensure students attend their allocated weeks. Please note – All places have been allocated and we cannot accept any more applications.
The summer school will run from 10am – 3pm. Staff will meet students on arrival at the main school entrance and guide direct students to the registration point in the atrium.
Students should wear casual clothing suitable to the weather forecast as there will be a range of indoor and outdoor activities during each day.
Piercings should not be worn.
Students will be provided with breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day. There is no charge for this.
Phone / Valuables
Students should ensure mobile phones are not visible during the summer school. We would also discourage students from bringing any other valuable items. The school does not take any responsibility for any losses / damage to items.

UNIFORM SHOULD BE PURCHASED USING THE ONLINE SHOP – CLICK HERE TO VISIT THIS PAGE.
Please be aware if your child is staring with us in September you must purchase uniform via our online shop and not ParentPay.
Your child will be allocated a ParentPay account when they start with us in September for all future purchases.
All purchases should be made through this process and ‘click and collect’ slots will be emailed to parents/carers for collection.
